Delivery: The final print will be delivered within 72 hours of your session. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays. The finished product will be shared through a direct link via sms and email. This will take you to an online gallery where you download your pictures directly. 2. License: The base service includes a 10-year license to printing rights. 3. Property Rights: We reserve all rights to the photos taken during the session, including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property rights. 4. Promotion and Marketing: We do not allow our photos to be used for any promotional events or campaigns without our prior permission. Unauthorized use of this work is illegal. 5. Rescheduling: To reschedule, we need at least 24 hours notice before the start time of your reservation. Within 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted but you may still reschedule with a $75 rescheduling fee within 60 days. If you are choosing to pay a deposit instead of the full payment, the difference will be charged to sum $75. 6. Cancellation: To cancel your reservation, we need a notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 7. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any deposits made. If you pay in full and cancel before the 24 hours window, we will refund the difference from the deposit amount vs what you paid for the service. Please understand that vendors charge processing fees regardless if a client proceeds. 8. Arrival Time: Clients must arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled time, there is a waiting room you may relax in with refreshments until your reservation time is reached. 9. Liability: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to clients, their property, or anyone else involved in the photography session. 10. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will keep all client contact & personal information on our forms confidential. 11. I allow Shutter Valley Photography to use my headshot/s in their online portfolio and for marketing purposes if desired.
