All photographs and videos produced by Shutter Valley Photography are protected by copyright and remain the property of Shutter Valley Photography. We retain the rights to use the photographs and videos for promotional purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Restrictions on Use
You, as the customer, are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the photographs and videos provided by Shutter Valley Photography for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
