If you prefer not to have your headshot photos displayed on our website or other promotional materials, you must contact us before the purchase is made and explicitly request the exclusion of your photos. We will then ensure your headshot photos are not used for promotional purposes.

Shutter Valley Photography provides photography and videography services, including but not limited to portrait photography, event photography, and nature photography.
- Copyright and Ownership

You, as the customer, are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the photographs and videos provided by Shutter Valley Photography for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use the photographs or videos for marketing or business purposes without obtaining prior written permission from Shutter Valley Photography. Unauthorized use of the photographs or videos may result in legal action.
- Exceptions to Restrictions
If you purchase the marketing package offered by Shutter Valley Photography, you will be granted the necessary rights to use the photographs or videos for marketing or business purposes, as specified in the terms of the marketing package.
In addition, if you purchase a license to use photographs or video footage of nature scenes taken by Shutter Valley Photography, you will be granted the necessary rights to use the licensed content for the purposes specified in the terms of the licensing agreement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shutter Valley Photography, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of Shutter Valley Photography or any third party.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of our services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shutter Valley Photography operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as agreed upon by the parties.
