Terms & Conditions Agreement

1. Delivery: The final digital print file will be delivered within 72 hours of your session. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays. The finished product will be shared through a direct link via sms and email. This will take you to an online gallery where you download your pictures directly.

2. License: The base service includes a 10-year license to printing rights.

3. Property Rights: We reserve all rights to the photos taken during the session, including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property rights.

4. Promotion and Marketing: We do not allow our photos to be used for any promotional events or campaigns without our prior permission. Unauthorized use of this work is illegal.

5. Rescheduling: To reschedule, we need at least 24 hours notice before the start time of your reservation. Within 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted but you may still reschedule with a $75 rescheduling fee within 60 days.

If you are choosing to pay a deposit instead of the full payment, the difference will be charged to sum $75.

6. Cancellation: To cancel your reservation, we need a notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

7. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any deposits made. If you pay in full and cancel before the 24 hours window, we will refund the difference from the deposit amount vs what you paid for the service. Please understand that vendors charge processing fees regardless if a client proceeds.

8. Arrival Time: Clients must arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled time, there is a waiting room you may relax in with refreshments until your reservation time is reached.

9. Liability: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to clients, their property, or anyone else involved in the photography session.

10. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will keep all client contact & personal information on our forms confidential.

  1. Promotional Discount Codes and Demonstrative Work Usage

When you use a promotional discount code or have work completed by Shutter Valley Photography, you grant us permission to display the resulting photographs as demonstrative work on our website and other promotional materials to showcase our services to prospective clients.

If you prefer not to have your headshot photos displayed on our website or other promotional materials, you must contact us before the purchase is made and explicitly request the exclusion of your photos. We will then ensure your headshot photos are not used for promotional purposes.

  1. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of our services or website following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Violations of this Safe Space Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment for staff, termination of contracts for partners, or refusal of service for clients.
